In 2008, Ray became an International Ground Source Heat and Pump Association (IGSHPA) accredited installer. IGSHPA helps educate, evaluate and monitor the geothermal heating and cooling industry. Geothermal, as well as solar technology, are at the forefront due to the new technologies and the new 30% tax credits.
